01What this covers

This policy explains what Equator Aviation Solutions does with the information you give us through this website. It applies to this website only.

02What we collect

When you send an enquiry or a quote request, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, route, dates, passenger or cargo details and your message.

Our server also records the page the enquiry came from and the time it was sent, so we can answer you properly.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

03Why we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, coordinate the service you asked about, and keep a record of our dealings with you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

04Who can see it

Enquiries are stored in our own content system and can be read only by our staff accounts. Each member of staff has an account with the minimum access their job needs.

To deliver a service, we may need to share the operational details of your mission with the operators, airports, handling agents or authorities involved. We share only what the mission requires.

05How long we keep it

Enquiries and mission records are kept while we deal with you, and afterwards for as long as we may need them for accounting, legal or operational reasons. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

06Cookies

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It stores one small preference in your own browser: whether you chose the day or night colour theme. Staff who sign in to the content system also receive a session cookie so they stay signed in.

07Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to fuadadenyussuf@gmail.com and we will respond.

08Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection. Staff passwords are stored hashed, accounts lock after repeated failed sign-ins, and all form input is validated on our server.
